Bob Willis of Livingston is a Polk County commissioner. He is past president of the Tax Assessor Collector Association and past chairman of the Board of Tax Professional Examiners. He is also a past member of the Livingston Lions, Rotary and Kiwanis clubs. Willis received a bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University.
