Carmen Olivas Graham of El Paso is assistant principal at Desert Wind Middle School. She is certified in bilingual and early childhood education, and is a board member of Youth Advisory and Community Partnership. Graham received a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, a master's degree in education from Stephen F. Austin State University, and a doctorate degree in bilingual education from New Mexico State University. Reappointed 9/2011.
