Alphonse Dotson of Voca is owner and president of Certenberg Vineyards Inc. He is also a private fine arts, precious gem and metals dealer and collector, and a former professional football player, teacher and juvenile probation officer. He is past president of the Texas Wine and Grape Growers Association, past vice president of the Voca Volunteer Fire Department, and a past member of the World Football League. Dotson received a bachelor's degree from Grambling College. Reappointed 9/2013
