Personal Information

Caroline Daley of Kingwood is a community volunteer and advocate for children with special needs. She is a parent leader of the Texas Deafblind Leadership Series, vice president of Kingwood Mothers of Multiples, co-founder of the Parents of Visually Impaired Children Support Group, a board member of the Braille and Cane Club of Kingwood, and a member of the Deaf, Blind and Multihandicapped Association of Texas. She is also a parent educator for Project Delivery of Chronic Care, and a member of the Parent Teacher Associations of Willow Creek and Woodland Hills Elementary schools. Daley received a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, and is a certified elementary education and early childhood education teacher. Reappointed 6/11.
