Personal Information

Allen Cline of Austin is a licensed acupuncturist and president of Turtle Dragon Health Services. He is a member of the Texas Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and a past primary instructor for the Academy of Oriental Medicine. Cline received a master's degree in Oriental medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture and completed his certification at Beijing Medical University and the National Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Xiyuan Hospital in Beijing. He is appointed for a term to expire Jan. 31, 2019, and will continue serving as chair of the board for a term to expire at the pleasure of the governor.
