Personal Information

Evans is a former chief prosecutor for the Major Fraud Division and former chief prosecutor for the Public Integrity Division of the Harris County District Attorney's Office. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Texas District and County Attorneys Association, Southeast Texas Mothers Against Drunk Driving Advisory Board, and 100 Club of Houston. She is also a rookie member and speaker's committee member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Evans received a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
