William "Bill" Shine of Harker Heights is a realtor and vice president of Shine Team Realtors. He is a member of the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors, Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee, and U.S. ArmyCentral Texas-Fort Hood Association. He is also a board member of Seton Medical Center Harker Heights, First National Bank Texas, Fort Hood National Bank, the Central Texas College Board of Trustees, and Central Texas Veterans Cemetery Wreath Project Advisory Board. He served in the U.S. Army. Shine received a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University
