Personal Information

Mr. Reeser was appointed as the ninth chancellor of the TSTC System on November 4, 2010. Prior to that time, he served as president of Texas State Technical College West Texas for six years. He has also served in various roles at the college including vice president and dean of instruction at TSTC West Texas. Mr. Reeser served the TSTC system as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining TSTC, Mr. Reeser was the president of Compass Bank in Waco, Texas and also served for 15 years in various executive and management roles in banking in Houston, Texas.
