Personal Information

Charles Kreger was born on June 27, 1959, in Klein, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1982 from the University of Houston. In 1985, he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from South Texas College of Law. His legal experience emphasized general civil litigation, from both prosecution and defense, as well as family law, as a member of a small law firm and solo practitioner, in courts all across the State of Texas. He was elected to the position of Justice of the Ninth Court of Appeals, Place 2, in 2004.
