Personal Information

Dale W. Brock was appointed to be the Chairman of the Texas Commission on the Arts by Governor Greg Abbott in March of 2017. Locally, Brock is the president and owner of Visiting Angels, a licensed private-duty home care agency with offices in Fort Worth and Southlake. He also serves on the boards of the Arts Council of Fort Worth and the Mid-America Arts Alliance. He is a member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and serves on its Health Care Committee. He received a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.
