Personal Information

Shawn P. Saladin, Ph.D. of Edinburg is the assistant dean and director of student accessibility services at UT Rio Grande Valley. He is a past member of the Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities and volunteers with several organizations focused on rehabilitation and interpreter training. Saladin received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education, Master of Education in Industrial Education from Texas A&M University, and Doctor of Philosophy in Special Education from UT Austin. Reappointed 4/25/24.
