Charles Bacarisse of Houston is vice president of Major Gifts at Houston Christian University. He previously served as a member of the media relations office during the Reagan Administration and as assistant director in the office of public liaison during the George H.W. Bush Administration. Additionally, he served as district clerk of Harris County for 13 years. He is a former board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Houston Chapter. Bacarisse previously served on the Texas Department of Information Resources Board, serving one term as Chair. Bacarisse received a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from SMU.
