Personal Information

Thomas Gleeson of Pflugerville previously served d the Executive Director of the PUC, a position he held since December 2020. He has worked for the PUC for over 15 years in various roles including, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Finance and Administration, and as a fiscal project manager. He is a graduate of the Governor’s Executive Development Program at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he is the former chairman of the City of Pflugerville Finance and Budget Committee and the First United Methodist Church of Round Rock Finance Committee. Gleeson received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwestern University and Master of Public Administration from The Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University.
