Personal Information

Art Pertile of Katy is an associate attorney at Olson & Olson L.L.P. He is director of the State Bar of Texas Government Law Section, Texas state chair of the International Municipal Lawyers Association, past president of the Texas City Attorney’s Association and a member of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Waco Tigers Board of Directors. Pertile received a bachelor’s degree from McMurry University and a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is being reappointed to the commission 12/3/2008.
