Janie Martinez Gonzalez has more than 10 years of leaderhsip experience in internet technologies, emerging markets, and grassroots initiatives. Mrs. Martinez Gonzalez is president and chief executive office of Web Head Group, a provider of web technology and hosting solutions and services. She has provided the vision and operational leadership that has successfully guided the company from startup to becoming one of the most respected Internet Firms in San Antonio Texas. Her achievements have been featured in featured in Vanidades, Compaq, Hispanic Business, Texas Monthly Biz, Express-News, and San Antonio Business Journal, Telmundo, and KMOL.

Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Janie has achieved success in growing sales and profits. Her strategic approach to building a business is reflected in her exceptional track record of business improvement and her philosophy of total enterprise engagement in change. She is known for her ability to quickly identify and diagnose sales and growth opportunities that go far beyond marketing, working with employees to refine organizational structure, sales channels, market position, as well as grassroots advertising.

Active in public service, Janie is a former VIA Metropolitan Transit Trustee and was recently appointed by the Governor of Texas to the Texas Statwide Health Council Coordinating Council. She also serves on the boards of several organization including: Texas Public Radio, San Antonio Technology Accelerateor Initiatives, Neighborhood Housing Servieces of San Antonio, West San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, UTSA Business Advisory Council.
A native of San Antonio earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, graduate of the UT Austin Graduate Schools of Business Community Business Advancement Program and has completed graduate work in business administration at the University of Incarnate Word. Offline resides with husband Bill and the three son’s Willem, Ethan, and Anakin in San Antonio, Texas.
