Personal Information

FRANCIE A. FREDERICK (Austin) was appointed General Counsel to the U. T. System Board of Regents effective September 1, 2006, previously serving as Counsel and Secretary to the Board. She joined the U. T. System Office of General Counsel in 1979 as a University Attorney and later served as Senior Attorney. She was named Associate Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs in 1988 and Acting Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs in 1997. She is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Education at U. T. Austin.
