Quisenberry is judge of the Parker County Court at Law, where he has served since 1995. A member of the State Bar of Texas, he is a fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas and a sustaining life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Quisenberry is immediate past president of the Texas Association of County Court at Law Judges.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, he received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
