Ronnie Kubecka of Deutschburg Community is currently the owner and operator of R.E.K. Farms and Range Land Services. He is a member of Texas Farm Bureau, Texas Water Conservation Association, Jackson County Cattle Raisers Association and the Texas Desalination Association. He is also a member of the First United Methodist Church in Edna and trustee of the Deutschburg Community Club. Kubecka attended Texas A&M University.Reappointed 5-19-2009 and 8-4-2015
