Jeffrey Ross of Bellaire is an associate clinical professor at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and chief of the Quentin Meese County Hospital Diabetic Foot Clinic. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, American Professional Wound Care Association and American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and co-chair of the Governor's Advisory Council on Physical Fitness. He is also past president of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine Southwest Division of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a past member of the U.S. Department of Health and Humans Services Practicing Physicians Advisory Council to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Ross received a bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island, a doctor of podiatric medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, and a medical degree from the University Health Sciences Antigua Medical School.
