James Coley Cowden

Cowden is a private investor and former president of the University of Texas Parents Association. He is a former member of the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. Cowden served on the board of trustees of the Trinity School of Midland and the Clearview Behavioral Hospital of Midland. He also served as chairman of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program and president of the Racquet Club of Midland.
Since 1935 the Texas State Directory has been a trusted resource and has been referred to as the bible for anyone working in or wanting to learn about state, city and county government.
