Personal Information

Moore is a private practice attorney and serves as a municipal judge for the City of Gun Barrel City and city attorney for the City of Athens. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, where he serves on the litigation section and the municipal section, the Henderson County Bar Association and the Athens Rotary Club.

Moore is a former director of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Athens Industrial Foundation. He also served as director of CASA of Trinity Valley, and the East Texas Arboretum and Botanical Society.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Moore received a law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
