Frank E. Pérez of Brownsville is a shareholder at Frank E. Pérez and Associates P.C., and a former business law instructor at the University of Texas at Brownsville. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American and Cameron County Bar associations, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, National Defense Research Institute and Associated Security Services and Investigators of the State of Texas. He is also a past member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Legal Assistant Advisory Commission, a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, past board member and past chairman of the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, and a member and past president of the Brownsville/Port Isabel Propeller Club of the United States.
