Cynthia Tyson Jenkins is a board member and vice president of CTJ Maintenance, Inc., a commercial building maintenance corporation based in Irving. She is also the vice president of Janitors Market, LLC. Jenkins is the executive director of Bear Creek Development Corporation, a real estate development firm that builds residential homes for low to moderate income families. She previously worked for an aerospace defense company as senior programmer analyst. She is involved in civic community outreach programs, is a graduate of Leadership Irving and is a former member of the Texas Motor Vehicle Board. Jenkins earned her bachelor's degree in computer science from Texas A&M at Commerce.
