Rick Guerra of Austin is president and CEO of Jose I. Guerra. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Council of Engineering Companies, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, American Society of Plumbing Engineers, and Construction Specification Institute. He is also a member and past vice president of Region III, and past president of the Travis Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. Guerra received a bachelor's degree and master's degree in engineering from the University of Texas. Reappointed 9/2011
