Karen Roberts Washington of Dallas is an attorney, mediator and arbitrator at Thorpe, Hatcher and Washington. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Law Institute and Texas Employment Lawyers Association. She is a master for the William "Mac" Taylor American Inn of Court and a sustaining life fellow of the Dallas Bar Association. She is also a volunteer for Westwood Junior High and Richardson High School, the Dallas Women's Foundation, Richardson Symphony League and Altrusa International of Downtown Dallas. Washington received a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law.
