William R. “Bill” Birdwell of Bryan is a dentist in private practice. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Brazos Valley District Dental Society and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and a fellow of the American and International colleges of Dentists. He is also a past member of the Texas Dental Association Council for Legislative and Governmental Affairs, and the Financial Services Inc. Board. Birdwell served in the U.S. Air Force and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a doctorate of dentistry from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch at Houston.
