Personal Information

Kenneth R. Williams has been City Manager of the City of Buda since September 2008. Prior to that Kenneth was City Manager for the City of Diboll from 2006-2008. Prior to that Kenneth was Assistant City Manager of Administrative Services for the City of Lufkin. Kenneth began employment with the City of Lufkin in 1988 and accepted the position as Director of Public Works in 1997 before becoming an Assistant City Manager. He is a native of Lufkin and a graduate of Angelina College with an Associate of Science in Business Degree and Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.

Professional Memberships: Texas City Managers Association, Texas Municipal League, International City Managers Association.

Awards Received: Pinnacle Award 2004-Citizens Chamber of Commerce, Golden Anvil Award 1998 – Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce, Community Development Employee of the Year 1996, and Delta’s Distinguished Service Award in Community Achievement 1995.
