Mario Gutierrez, O.D. of San Antonio is a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, and is president and CEO of South Texas Vision Associates P.A. Additionally, he is an adjunct clinical professor at the University of Houston College of Optometry and an adjunct clinical professor at the UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, diplomate of the American Board of Optometry, and a member the Bexar County District Optometric Society and the American and Texas Optometric associations. He is the administrator for Vision Source San Antonio and has been appointed to the Vision Source Advisory Board and a member of the Chairman’s Club of Optometry Giving Sight. Gutierrez received a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston. Reappointed 6/2018.
