Personal Information

Milton Lee was appointed to the Board in May 2013 and his term expires in May 2017. Regent Lee is a registered professional engineer and recently retired as the CEO of CPS Energy, a municipally owned electric and gas company serving San Antonio. Regent Lee has held a number of prominent positions in the electric utility industry, including serving on the ERCOT Board of Directors and Technical Advisory Committee and the Texas Public Power and Large Public Power Associations.
