Personal Information

Gladys Cortez is an administrator at Mission Rehabilitation Services. She is a member of Leadership Mission, Valley-ICAN and The University of Texas Pan American (UTPA) Deaf Rehabilitation Club. Cortez is also a past member of the UTPA American Sign Language Club and a volunteer with the Rio Grande Valley Special Olympics. She has a master’s degree in general rehabilitation counseling from The University of Texas Pan American and is a certified rehabilitation counselor.
