Personal Information

Mark E. Watson, Jr. is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame with a degree in finance.

In 1983, he organized a specialty insurance company, Titan Holdings, Inc., which became a member of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Watson owned and operated the Diamond K Ranch, located near Sisterdale, Texas. Mr. Watson served 6 years as a member of The Texas Parks & Wildlife Commission.

He is a founding member of the Board of Directors of The Briscoe Western Art Museum. He has served as Chairman of the Cancer Therapy and Research Center (CTRC) and assisted in the CTRC merger with The University of Texas Health Science Center. Additionally, he is a member of the board of College of Arts and Letters at The University of Notre Dame and is a past member of the Board of Trustees of The University of the Incarnate Word. Mr. Watson is a member of the CTRC Foundation, The Blood and Tissue Center and the President’s Advisory Board at The University of Texas Health Science Center.
