Chart Westcott of Dallas is a lawyer and board chairman of the Westcott Foundation. He is a member of the American and Dallas Bar associations and Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce Economic Policy Council. He is also a member of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Advocacy Committee and Dallas Fort Worth Salvation Army Echelon, a life member of the National and Texas State Rifle associations, and Texas chairman of the National Association to Protect Children. Westcott received a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
