David Purser is a high school teacher in Karnes City Independent School District. He is a current member of the Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital Board of Directors. Purser received a Bachelor of Science in animal sciences and a Masters of Science in animal science from Texas A&M University. Reappointed 8/9/2019.
