Will Lucas of Center is president and CEO of Shelby Savings Bank. He is a member of the Texas Bankers Association and the American Bankers Association and former chairman of the Texas Bankers Foundation. He is secretary of the Solomon Zane Allen Foundation and a member of the Center Rotary Club and the Go Texan BBQ Committee. Lucas received a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Stephen F. Austin State University, and is a graduate of the Southern Methodist University Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. Reappointed 6/2018.
