Personal Information

Stith is an attorney and partner at Cassidy and Stith, and former judge of the Nueces County Court at Law 3. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, College of the State Bar of Texas, and Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and a member and past president of the Nueces County Bar Association. He is a graduate of the Corpus Christi Citizens' Police Academy, past president of the Coastal Bend Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, a past commissioner of the Nueces County Board of Coastal Parks, and a past pro bono attorney for the Thomas More Law Center. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Corpus Christi and the Leadership Corpus Christi Alumni Association, and is a sponsor of Compassion International.

Stith received a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas and a law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law, and is board certified in criminal law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
