Thomas Oates of Huntsville is president of Huntsville Livestock Services Inc. He is board chairman of the Exotic Wildlife Association, a member and exotic wildlife committee chairman of the Livestock Marketing Association, and a life member of the Walker County Fair Association. He is also a past member of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and a past board member of the Bluebonnet Ground Water Conservation District. Oates attended Sam Houston State University.
