Personal Information

Felicia Pitre was elected to the office of Dallas County District Clerk on November 6, 2014 taking office on January 1, 2015. Ms. Pitre brings thirty years of non-profit and public service management to the position; eight years of which have been the in district clerk's office managing the 13 civil district courts, and for the last four years, managing the 17 criminal district courts. Felicia spearheaded the Felony courts' digital records initiative and implementing new electronic resources to improve the efficiency of the courts.
