Personal Information

Stuart Bernstein of Austin is Owner and Partner at CapRidge Partners. He is the former Director of the $2B Emerging Manager Program at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (“TRS”) overseeing investments in early stage or middle market opportunities across real estate and private equity. Stuart is the Chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization and formerly served on the M.D. Anderson Advance Team Board. Stuart is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association, and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. Additionally, he is a former Director of Texas Lyceum and current board member of Trellis Company Foundation, Seton Hospital Foundation, Boy Scouts Foundation-Central Texas, and the Texas Golf Hall of Fame. Bernstein received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
