Steven D. Alvis of Houston is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of NewQuest Properties. He is a member of the Young President’s Organization, the Chief Executives Organization, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Alvis received a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
