Personal Information

Kulhavy has been with the city overall for almost 10 years. He previously served as director of community and economic development for Huntsville and has been the interim city manager since February. He began his career as a seasonal laborer for the parks and recreation department in Nacogdoches and later worked as a city planner for that city.
