Personal Information

Kenny Koncaba of Friendswood is CEO of the Houston-based Texan Bank. He was elected to three terms on the Friendswood ISD Board of Trustees and to two terms on the Galveston County Consolidated Drainage District Board. In addition, he has previously served on the Galveston County Beach and Parks Board. He is a former gubernatorial appointee to the Texas Housing and Health Services Coordinating Council and the Board of Pilot Commissioners for Galveston County Ports. Koncaba received a Bachelor of Arts in public management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
