Personal Information

Ryan graduated with honors from New Mexico State University with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a second bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1995. He attended law school and graduated in May of 1998. While attending law school, Ryan began clerking for the Lubbock City Attorney's Office in Lubbock, Texas. As a result, he began defending governmental entities before he graduated from law school. Upon graduation, Ryan began working in Brownsville, Texas, defending governmental entities in the area. Ryan is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, as well as the Southern, Western, Eastern and Northern United State District Courts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. and the United States Supreme Court.
