Cliff McCauley of San Antonio is senior executive vice president of Frost Bank. He is a member of the Federal Delegate Board, Large Bank Council for the Independent Community Bankers of America, and the Consumer Bankers Association Government Relations Council, and a board member, Education Foundation Board member, and former chairman of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas. Additionally, he is a member of the South Texas Higher Education Authority Board of Directors, life member of the San Antonio Livestock Exposition, and an elder for MacArthur Park Church. McCauley received a Bachelor of Science in animal science and a Master of Agriculture in agriculture economics from Texas A&M University.
