Personal Information

Chaplain Rich Stoglin of Arlington is the CEO of The Stoglin Group. He received an honorable discharge after 28 years of serving as a Chaplain in the United States Navy. He has previously served as Special Senior Advisor to 39 Nations to U.S. Military Generals and Command Coalition Staff in Afghanistan, Regiment Chaplain, 14th Marines, USMC (US Navy Reservist), and in the Department of Justice as Department Head of Religious Services in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. He is a member of the Naval Reserves Officers Association, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce and chairman of the Arlington Civil Service Commission. Stoglin received a Bachelor of Science in history and political science from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, a Master of Divinity from Gammon Theological Seminary, a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Doctor of Ministry in Counseling Administration from United Theological Seminary, and a diploma from the Naval War College.
