Wilkinson has served as an adviser to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on housing policy since 2015. He also filled various other roles in the Abbott administration�s Budget and Policy Division, most recently as deputy budget director. Wilkinson has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
