Debra Seefeld of Georgetownis a CPA with more than 25 years of public accounting experience. She retired as an audit partner with Crowe LLP in December 2022. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the Houston Society of CPAs. Seefeld received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University. Her appointment as chair is not subject to Senate confirmation.
