Carmelia “Lia” Amuna, Ph.D. of Killeen is the Director of the Student Wellness and Counseling Center at Texas A&M University – Central Texas. She is the president of the Texas University Counseling Center Directors Association, Rotary International – Killeen Heights Chapter, Texas A&M – Chancellor’s Century Council and Greater Killeen Community Clinic. Amuna received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mercer University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Education from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.
