He previously served as a Computer Lab Technician at East Texas Baptist University. He is a former little league football and basketball coach with the Boys and Girls Club of America. Brown received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from East Texas Baptist University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Tarleton State University.
