On Aug. 20, 2024 Zach Goodlander was sworn into his role as city manager of Fulshear. Goodlander has been serving as acting city manager since Feb. 12, taking over responsibilities from Jack Harper. He has worked with the city since 2019, starting as director of planning. He most recently served as Fulshear’s assistant city manager.
