Personal Information

Lacy retired from Shavano Park PD on Oct. 25, 2020 where he served as chief of police for four years. He has over 38 years of law enforcement experience and began his career in 1981.

He served as assistant deputy chief for Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Houston, Assistant Police Chief for Goose Creek Consolidated ISD in Baytown and completed 24 years with the City of University Park in the Dallas area.

Lacy holds a Master’s peace officer license and numerous law enforcement licenses and certification. He has continued to maintain current peace officer licensed by attending continuing education for law enforcement and emergency management courses.
